Service Description

Reserve time with a licensed Georgia notary public. This booking reserves your appointment slot; the notarial act fee itself is set by Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11) at $2 per signature, collected in person at your appointment. What you can have notarized (per Georgia notary law): • Acknowledgments (Power of Attorney, deeds, contracts) • Jurats & sworn affidavits • Oaths and affirmations • Parental/travel consent forms • Vehicle title transfers • Loan and real estate documents • Wills (signature witnessing only) What to bring: • A valid, current government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) • Your unsigned document(s) — Georgia law requires you to sign in front of the notary, not before • Any required witnesses, if your document type calls for them Note: notaries cannot provide legal advice, notarize documents in a language they don't understand, or notarize documents in which they have a financial interest.
